the exclusive in-room breakfast was delectable, and the massage service was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. the room itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, with private facilities fitting for its five-star status. the staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were fulfilled to the highest standard.

While not a dealbreaker, it would have been nice to have a place to relax with a drink on the premises.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city with easy access to main attractions. Warm welcome with prosecco, helpful staff, and recommendations for places to visit. Rooms cleaned three times a day. Friendly bar staff willing to chat and help with Italian.

I had an fantastic stay at Nh Collection. The location was perfect, as it allowed me to easily walk to all of the major attractions and enjoy the very nice shopping that Florence has to offer. Despite being on the first floor, I was actually surprised by how little street noise I could hear.
